Terms & Conditions

These general terms and conditions apply to all contracts for the creation, design and maintenance of websites and related services between [Company name] (hereinafter “webnovi”) and the client.

Offers from webnovi are subject to change. A contract is concluded upon written order confirmation or the client’s acceptance of the fixed-price offer. The initial consultation is free and non-binding.

The scope of services results from the respective offer. webnovi creates the website according to the agreed requirements. A bespoke design concept is part of the commissioned project. Change requests outside the agreed scope are coordinated separately.

The fixed price agreed in advance applies, plus statutory VAT. Unless otherwise agreed, a deposit is due at the start of the project; the remainder upon completion or go-live. Invoices are payable within 14 days without deduction.

The client provides the content required for the project (texts, images, logos, access) in good time and in suitable form, and warrants that they hold the necessary usage rights. Delays due to a lack of cooperation are not the responsibility of webnovi.

Upon full payment, webnovi transfers to the client the usage rights to the created works required for the agreed purpose. Third-party components used (e.g. fonts, libraries) are subject to their respective licence terms.

webnovi is liable without limitation for intent and gross negligence as well as under the Product Liability Act. In the case of slight negligence, webnovi is only liable for the breach of essential contractual obligations and limited to the foreseeable damage typical for the contract.

The law of the Federal Republic of Germany applies. Should individual provisions be invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions remains unaffected. The place of jurisdiction is, where permissible, the registered office of webnovi.
